حَدَّثنا مُحَمَّدُ بن عبد الرحيم صاحب السابري حَدَّثنا شبابة بن سوار حَدَّثنا شُعْبَةُ عَن قَتادة عَنِ الْحَسَنِ عَن أَنَس أَنَّ النَّبِيّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ أُتِيَ بِشَارِبٍ فَأَمَرَ بِهِ أَنْ يُجْلَدَ فَجُلِدَ بِالْجَرِيدِ وَالنِّعَالِوَهَذَا الْحَدِيثُ لَا نَعْلَمُهُ يُرْوَى عَنْ شُعْبَةَ عَن قَتادة عَن أَنَس وَأَحْسَبُ أَنَّ شبابة هو الذي أخطأ فيه عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ أُتِيَ بِشَارِبٍ فَأَمَرَ بِهِ أَنْ يُجْلَدَ فَجُلِدَ بِالْجَرِيدِ وَالنِّعَالِوَهَذَا الْحَدِيثُ لَا نَعْلَمُهُ يُرْوَى عَنْ شُعْبَةَ عَن قَتادة عَن أَنَس وَأَحْسَبُ أَنَّ شبابة هو الذي أخطأ فيه
الترجمة الإنجليزية
Muhammad ibn Abd al-Rahim Sahib al-Sabiri narrated to us, Shababah ibn Sawwar narrated to us, Shu'bah narrated to us, from Qatadah, from al-Hasan, from Hadrat Anas (may Allah be well pleased with him), that the Noble Prophet (blessings and peace of Allah be upon him) was brought a drinker [of alcohol], and he commanded that he be flogged. So he was flogged with palm branches and sandals. We do not know this hadith to be narrated from Shu'bah, from Qatadah, from Anas, and I believe that Shababah is the one who erred in it.
