وَحَدَّثَنَا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ بَكَّارٍ الْبَاهِلِيُّ حَدَّثنا المعتمر بن سليمان حَدَّثنا حُمَيد الطَّوِيلُ عَن أَنَس أَنَّ النَّبِيّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ صَلَّى عَلَى النَّجَاشِيِّ حِينَ نُعِيَ فَقِيلَ يَا رَسولَ اللهِ تُصَلِّي عَلَى عَبْدٍ حَبَشِيٍّ فَأَنْزَلَ اللَّهُ عَزَّ وَجَلَّ وَإِنَّ من أهل الكتاب لمن يؤمن بالله عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ صَلَّى عَلَى النَّجَاشِيِّ حِينَ نُعِيَ فَقِيلَ يَا رَسولَ اللهِ تُصَلِّي عَلَى عَبْدٍ حَبَشِيٍّ فَأَنْزَلَ اللَّهُ عَزَّ وَجَلَّ وَإِنَّ من أهل الكتاب لمن يؤمن بالله
الترجمة الإنجليزية
Zayd ibn Akhzam narrated to us: Yahya ibn 'Abbad narrated to us: Fudayl ibn Marzuq narrated to us from 'Atiyyah from Anas who said: The Beloved Messenger of Allah (blessings and peace of Allah be upon him) stated: «My intercession is for the people of major sins in my Ummah. As for the doers of good, they have no path except what is well.» Anas said: How then for those who committed minor sins? He said: «That is even more so for the committers of minor sins.» This hadith, we do not know of anyone who narrated it from 'Atiyyah except Fudayl.
