حَدَّثَنَا إِبْرَاهِيمُ بْنُ هَانِئٍ قَالَ نَا عُثْمَانُ بْنُ صَالِحٍ قَالَ أَنَا ابْنُ وَهْبٍ عَنْ أَبِي هَانِئٍ الْخَوْلَانِيِّ عَنْ عَمْرِو بْنِ مَالِكٍ الْجَنْبِيِّ أَنَّ فَضَالَةَ بْنَ عُبَيْدٍ الْأَنْصَارِيِّ حَدَّثَهُ عَنْ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ أَنَّهُ قَالَ فِي حَجَّةِ الْوَدَاعِ هَذَا يَوْمٌ حَرَامٌ وَبَلَدٌ حَرَامٌ فَدِمَاؤُكُمْ وَأَمْوَالُكُمْ وَأَعْرَاضَكُمْ عَلَيْكُمْ حَرَامٌ مِثْلُ هَذَا الْيَوْمِ وَهَذِهِ الْبَلْدَةِ إِلَى يَوْمٍ تَلْقَوْنَهُ وَحَتَّى دَفْعَةٌ دَفَعَهَا مُسْلِمٌ مُسْلِمًا يُرِيدُ بِهَا سُوءًا حَرَامًا وَسَأُخْبِرُكُمْ مَنِ الْمُسْلِمُ مَنْ سَلِمَ الْمُسْلِمُونَ مِنْ لِسَانِهِ وَيَدِهِ وَالْمُؤْمِنُ مَنْ أَمِنَهُ النَّاسُ عَلَى أَمْوَالِهِمْ وَأَنْفُسِهِمْ وَالْمُهَاجِرُ مَنْ هَجَرَ الْخَطَايَا وَالذُّنُوبَ وَالْمُجَاهِدُ مَنْ جَاهَدَ نَفْسَهُ فِي طَاعَةِ اللَّهِ اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ أَنَّهُ قَالَ فِي حَجَّةِ الْوَدَاعِ هَذَا يَوْمٌ حَرَامٌ وَبَلَدٌ حَرَامٌ فَدِمَاؤُكُمْ وَأَمْوَالُكُمْ وَأَعْرَاضَكُمْ عَلَيْكُمْ حَرَامٌ مِثْلُ هَذَا الْيَوْمِ وَهَذِهِ الْبَلْدَةِ إِلَى يَوْمٍ تَلْقَوْنَهُ وَحَتَّى دَفْعَةٌ دَفَعَهَا مُسْلِمٌ مُسْلِمًا يُرِيدُ بِهَا سُوءًا حَرَامًا وَسَأُخْبِرُكُمْ مَنِ الْمُسْلِمُ مَنْ سَلِمَ الْمُسْلِمُونَ مِنْ لِسَانِهِ وَيَدِهِ وَالْمُؤْمِنُ مَنْ أَمِنَهُ النَّاسُ عَلَى أَمْوَالِهِمْ وَأَنْفُسِهِمْ وَالْمُهَاجِرُ مَنْ هَجَرَ الْخَطَايَا وَالذُّنُوبَ وَالْمُجَاهِدُ مَنْ جَاهَدَ نَفْسَهُ فِي طَاعَةِ اللَّهِ
الترجمة الإنجليزية
Ibrahim ibn Hani' narrated to us, he said: 'Uthman ibn Salih narrated to us, he said: Ibn Wahb informed us, from Abu Hani' al-Khawlani, from 'Amr ibn Malik al-Janbi, that Fadalah ibn 'Ubayd al-Ansari, may Allah be well pleased with him, narrated to him from the Messenger of Allah, blessings and peace of Allah be upon him, that he said during the Farewell Pilgrimage: "This is a sacred day and a sacred land, so your blood, your wealth, and your honor are sacred to you, just as this day and this land are sacred, until the Day you meet Him. Even a push that a Muslim gives another Muslim intending harm by it is forbidden. And I shall inform you who the Muslim is: the one from whose tongue and hand the Muslims are safe. And the believer is the one whom people trust with their wealth and their lives. And the emigrant is the one who abandons sins and wrongdoings. And the one who strives in jihad is the one who strives against his own self in obedience to Allah."
