حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ بَزِيعٍ قَالَ أَخْبَرَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ أَبِي عَدِيٍّ قَالَ أَخْبَرَنَا حُمَيْدٌ عَنْ أَنَسٍ عَنْ عُبَادَةَ بْنِ الصَّامِتِ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُ قَالَ خَرَجَ إِلَيْنَا رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ وَهُوَ يُرِيدُ أَنْ يُخْبِرَنَا بِلَيْلَةِ الْقَدْرِ فَتَلَاحَا رَجُلَانِ فَقَالَ لَقَدْ خَرَجْتُ إِلَيْكُمْ وَأَنَا أُرِيدُ أَنْ أُخْبِرَكُمْ بِلَيْلَةِ الْقَدْرِ فَتَلَاحَا فُلَانٌ وَفُلَانٌ فَذَهَبَ عَنِّي أَوْ كَلِمَةٌ نَحْوَهَا وَعَسَى أَنْ يَكُونَ خَيْرًا لَكُمْ فَالْتَمِسُوهَا فِي الْعَشْرِ الْأَوَاخِرِ فِي التَّاسِعَةِ وَالسَّابِعَةِ وَالْخَامِسَةِ
الترجمة الإنجليزية
Muhammad ibn 'Abdullah ibn Buzi' narrated to us, he said: Muhammad ibn Abi 'Adiyy informed us, he said: Humayd informed us, from Anas, from 'Ubadah ibn al-Samit (may Allah be pleased with him) who said: The Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) came out to us wanting to inform us about the Night of Qadr (Decree), but two men were quarreling, so he said: 'I came out to you wanting to inform you about the Night of Qadr, but so-and-so and so-and-so were quarreling, and it was lifted. Perhaps that is better for you. So seek it in the ninth, the seventh, and the fifth.'
