حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ الْمُثَنَّى قَالَ نا مُوسَى بْنُ مَسْعُودٍ قَالَ نا عِكْرِمَةُ بْنُ عَمَّارٍ قَالَ نا أَبُو زُمَيْلٍ سِمَاكٌ قَالَ نا ابْنُ عَبَّاسٍ عَنْ عُمَرَ بْنِ الْخَطَّابِ قَالَ لَقَدْ صَالَحَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ أَهْلَ مَكَّةَ صُلْحًا لَوِ اسْتَعْمَلَ عَلَى غَيْرِهِ وَحَكَمَ عَلَى مَا سَمِعْتُ وَذَاكَ أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ صَالَحَ أَهْلَ مَكَّةَ عَلَى أَنَّهُ مَنْ جَاءَ إِلَيْنَا مِنْهُمْ رَدَدْنَاهُ إِلَيْهِمْ وَهَذَا الْحَدِيثُ قَدْ رُوِيَ عَنْ عُمَرَ بِغَيْرِ هَذَا اللَّفْظِ فِي قِصَّةِ أَبِي جَنْدَلٍ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ أَهْلَ مَكَّةَ صُلْحًا لَوِ اسْتَعْمَلَ عَلَى غَيْرِهِ وَحَكَمَ عَلَى مَا سَمِعْتُ وَذَاكَ أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ صَالَحَ أَهْلَ مَكَّةَ عَلَى أَنَّهُ مَنْ جَاءَ إِلَيْنَا مِنْهُمْ رَدَدْنَاهُ إِلَيْهِمْ وَهَذَا الْحَدِيثُ قَدْ رُوِيَ عَنْ عُمَرَ بِغَيْرِ هَذَا اللَّفْظِ فِي قِصَّةِ أَبِي جَنْدَلٍ
الترجمة الإنجليزية
Muhammad ibn al-Muthanna narrated to us saying: Musa ibn Mas'ud narrated to us saying: Ikrimah ibn Ammar narrated to us saying: Abu Zumayl Simak narrated to us saying: Ibn Abbas narrated to us from Umar ibn al-Khattab who said: The Messenger of Allah (blessings and peace of Allah be upon him) indeed made peace with the people of Makkah with a peace treaty that, if applied to others and judged upon based on what I heard - that the Messenger of Allah (blessings and peace of Allah be upon him) made peace with the people of Makkah on the condition that whoever comes to us from them, we would return him to them. This hadith has been narrated from Umar with wording other than this in the story of Abu Jandal.
