حَدَّثَنَا يُوسُفُ بْنُ مُوسَى قَالَ نا حَفْصُ بْنُ غِيَاثٍ عَنِ الْأَعْمَشِ عَنْ إِبْرَاهِيمَ عَنِ الْأَسْوَدِ عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ أَمَرَ بِقَتْلِ حَيَّةٍ فِي الْحَرَمِ وَهَذَا الْحَدِيثُ لَا نَعْلَمُ رَوَاهُ أَحَدٌ بِهَذَا اللَّفْظِ إِلَّا حَفْصٌ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ أَمَرَ بِقَتْلِ حَيَّةٍ فِي الْحَرَمِ وَهَذَا الْحَدِيثُ لَا نَعْلَمُ رَوَاهُ أَحَدٌ بِهَذَا اللَّفْظِ إِلَّا حَفْصٌ

Muhammad ibn al-Muthanna narrated to us, he said: Muhammad ibn Ja'far narrated to us, he said: Shu'bah narrated to us, from al-Hakam, from Ibrahim, from al-Aswad, from Aisha, who said: Whoever tells you that the Prophet (blessings and peace of Allah be upon him) urinated while standing, do not believe him. He would not urinate except while sitting.
