أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو عَبْدِ اللهِ الْحَافِظُ ثنا أَبُو بَكْرِ بْنُ إِسْحَاقَ الْفَقِيهُ ثنا أَبُو الْمُثَنَّى ثنا مُسَدَّدٌ ثنا يَحْيَى عَنْ عُبَيْدِ اللهِ عَنْ نَافِعٍ عَنِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ عَنِ النَّبِيِّ ﷺ أَنَّهُ فَرَضَ صَدَقَةَ الْفِطْرِ صَاعًا مِنْ شَعِيرٍ أَوْ تَمْرٍ عَنِ الصَّغِيرِ وَالْكَبِيرِ وَالْحُرِّ وَالْمَمْلُوكِ كَذَا وَجَدْتُهُ فِي كِتَابِي عَنِ الصَّغِيرِ وَكَذَلِكَ قَالَهُ عَبَّاسٌ النَّرْسِيُّ عَنْ يَحْيَى بْنِ سَعِيدٍ الْقَطَّانِ وَرَوَاهُ الْبُخَارِيُّ فِي الصَّحِيحِ عَنْ مُسَدَّدٍ عَنْ يَحْيَى فَقَالَ عَلِيٌّ وَرَوَاهُ مُسْلِمٌ عَنْ أَبِي بَكْرِ بْنِ أَبِي شَيْبَةَ عَنْ أَبِي أُسَامَةَ وَعَبْدِ اللهِ بْنِ نُمَيْرٍ عَنْ عُبَيْدِ اللهِ بْنِ عُمَرَ فَقَالَ فِي الْحَدِيثِ عَلِيٌّ
