أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو بَكْرِ بْنُ الْحَارِثِ أنبأ أَبُو مُحَمَّدِ بْنُ حَيَّانَ ثنا إِبْرَاهِيمُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ الْحَسَنِ ثنا أَبُو عَامِرٍ ثنا الْوَلِيدُ بْنُ مُسْلِمٍ ثنا حَفْصُ بْنُ غَيْلَانَ عَنْ مَكْحُولٍ أَنَّ عُمَرَ بْنَ الْخَطَّابِ ؓ جَعَلَ الْمَعْدِنَ بِمَنْزِلَةِ الرِّكَازِ فِيهِ الْخُمُسُ وَهَذَا مُنْقَطِعٌ مَكْحُولٌ لَمْ يُدْرِكْ زَمَانَ عُمَرَ ؓ
الترجمة الإنجليزية
Abu Bakr ibn al-Harith informed us... from Makhul that Umar ibn al-Khattab (may Allah be pleased with him) treated the mine like buried treasure (rikaz), imposing the fifth on it. This is disconnected - Makhul did not live in the time of Umar (may Allah be pleased with him).
