وَأَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو الْحَسَنِ بْنُ أَبِي الْمَعْرُوفِ الْفَقِيهُ الْمِهْرَجَانِيُّ أنبأ بِشْرُ بْنُ أَحْمَدَ أنبأ أَحْمَدُ بْنُ الْحَسَنِ بْنِ نَصْرٍ الْحَذَّاءُ ثنا عَلِيُّ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللهِ ثنا يَزِيدُ بْنُ زُرَيْعٍ ثنا عَبْدُ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنُ إِسْحَاقَ أَخْبَرَنِي الزُّهْرِيُّ عَنْ سَعِيدِ بْنِ الْمُسَيِّبِ أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ أَمَرَ عَتَّابَ بْنَ أَسِيدٍ أَنْ يَخْرُصَ الْعِنَبَ كَمَا يَخْرُصُ النَّخْلَ ثُمَّ تُؤَدِّي زَكَاتَهُ زَبِيبًا كَمَا تُؤَدِّي زَكَاةَ النَّخْلِ تَمْرًا قَالَ فَتِلْكَ سُنَّةُ رَسُولِ اللهِ ﷺ فِي النَّخْلِ وَالْعِنَبِ
الترجمة الإنجليزية
Abu al-Hasan ibn Abi al-Ma'ruf al-Faqih al-Mihrajani narrated to us... from al-Zuhri, from Sa'id ibn al-Musayyib, that the Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him) ordered 'Attab ibn Asid to estimate the grapes as he would estimate the palm trees, then their zakah would be paid as raisins, just as the zakah of palm trees is paid as dried dates. He said: 'This is the Sunnah of the Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him) regarding palm trees and grapes.'
