أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو عَمْرٍو الْأَدِيبُ أنبأ أَبُو بَكْرٍ الْإِسْمَاعِيلِيُّ أَخْبَرَنَا الْحَسَنُ هُوَ ابْنُ سُفْيَانَ ثنا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ خَلَّادٍ وَمُحَمَّدُ بْنُ الْمُثَنَّى قَالَا ثنا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللهِ الْأَنْصَارِيُّ حَدَّثَنِي أَبِي حَدَّثَنِي ثُمَامَةُ أَنَّ أَنَسًا حَدَّثَهُ أَنَّ أَبَا بَكْرٍ الصِّدِّيقُ ؓ كَتَبَ لَهُ هَذَا الْكِتَابَ وَكَتَبَ لَهُ هَذِهِ فَرِيضَةُ الصَّدَقَةِ الَّتِي فَرَضَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ عَلَى الْمُسْلِمِينَ الَّتِي أَمَرَ اللهُ بِهَا رَسُولَهُ فَذَكَرَ الْحَدِيثَ وَفِيهِ وَصَدَقَةُ الْغَنَمِ فِي سَائِمَتِهَا
الترجمة الإنجليزية
Abu 'Amr al-Adib narrated to us... from Thumamah that Anas narrated to him that Abu Bakr al-Siddiq (may Allah be pleased with him) wrote for him this document, and he wrote for him: 'This is the obligatory charity that the Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him) imposed upon the Muslims, which Allah commanded His Messenger with.' He then mentioned the hadith, and in it: 'And the charity on sheep is from those that graze freely.'
