الترجمة الإنجليزية
Abu 'Abdullah al-Hafiz and Abu Bakr Ahmad ibn al-Hasan al-Qadi informed us... from Abu Yahya al-Himmani, from Abu Sa'd, from Makhul, from Wathilah ibn al-Asqa' who said: 'Some of the Prophet's companions used to tie their siwak (tooth-sticks) to the tassels of their swords. When the time for prayer came, they would use the siwak and then pray. And when the time for prayer came while one of them was with the Prophet (peace be upon him), he would take his sword or his bow and pray with the Prophet.' Abu Sa'd al-Baqqal is not considered strong.
