وَأَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو عَبْدِ اللهِ الْحَافِظُ وَأَبُو سَعِيدِ بْنُ أَبِي عَمْرٍو قَالَا ثنا أَبُو الْعَبَّاسِ مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ يَعْقُوبَ ثنا أَسِيدُ بْنُ عَاصِمٍ ثنا الْحُسَيْنُ بْنُ حَفْصٍ عَنْ سُفْيَانَ ثنا أَبُو حَيَّانَ عَنْ أَبِيهِ عَنْ عَلِيٍّ ؓ قَالَ لَا صَلَاةَ لِجَارِ الْمَسْجِدِ إِلَّا فِي الْمَسْجِدِ فَقِيلَ لَهُ وَمَنْ جَارُ الْمَسْجِدِ؟ قَالَ مَنْ أَسْمَعَهُ الْمُنَادِي
الترجمة الإنجليزية
Asma bint Abi Bakr narrated: "I came to Aishah during the solar eclipse. The people were standing in prayer and she was praying. I asked: 'What is happening to the people?' She pointed toward the sky. I looked up and people were standing in prayer." Asma said: "The Messenger of Allah stood for so long that I nearly fainted."
