وَأنبأ أَبُو بَكْرِ بْنُ فُورَكٍ أنبأ عَبْدُ اللهِ بْنُ جَعْفَرٍ ثنا يُونُسُ بْنُ حَبِيبٍ ثنا أَبُو دَاوُدَ الطَّيَالِسِيُّ ثنا شُعْبَةُ أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو التَّيَّاحِ عَنْ مَعْبَدٍ الْجُهَنِيِّ قَالَ خَطَبَ مُعَاوِيَةُ ؓ فَقَالَ أَلَا مَا بَالُ أَقْوَامٍ يُصَلُّونَ صَلَاةً لَقَدْ صَحِبْتُ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ فَمَا رَأَيْنَاهُ يُصَلِّيهَا؟ وَقَدْ سَمِعْنَاهُ يَنْهَى عَنْهَا يَعْنِي الرَّكْعَتَيْنِ بَعْدَ الْعَصْرِ وَكَذَلِكَ
الترجمة الإنجليزية
Abu Hurairah narrated that the Prophet (peace be upon him) said: "If one of you stands in prayer, let him not spit in front of him, for he is in private conversation with Allah as long as he is in his place of prayer. Let him not spit to his right, for there is an angel to his right. Let him spit to his left or under his foot, and then bury it."
