وَأَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو الْحَسَنِ عَلِيُّ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ الْمُقْرِئُ أنبأ الْحَسَنُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ إِسْحَاقَ ثنا يُوسُفُ بْنُ يَعْقُوبَ ثنا مُسَدَّدٌ ثنا عَبْدُ الْوَاحِدِ بْنُ زِيَادٍ ثنا مُجَالِدٌ ثنا أَبُو الْوَدَّاكِ قَالَ مَرَّ شَابٌّ مِنْ قُرَيْشٍ بَيْنَ يَدَيْ أَبِي سَعِيدٍ وَهُوَ يُصَلِّي فَدَفَعَهُ ثُمَّ عَادَ فَدَفَعَهُ ثُمَّ عَادَ فَدَفَعَهُ ثَلَاثَ مَرَّاتٍ فَلَمَّا انْصَرَفَ قَالَ إِنَّ الصَّلَاةَ لَا يَقْطَعُهَا شَيْءٌ وَلَكِنْ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ ادْرَءُوا مَا اسْتَطَعْتُمْ فَإِنَّهُ شَيْطَانٌ

Abu al-Hasan Ali ibn Muhammad al-Muqri informed us, al-Hasan ibn Muhammad ibn Ishaq informed us, Yusuf ibn Ya'qub narrated to us, Musaddad narrated to us, Abd al-Wahid ibn Ziyad narrated to us, Mujalid narrated to us, Abu al-Waddak narrated to us. He said: A young man from Quraysh passed in front of Abu Sa'id while he was praying, and he pushed him back. He came again, and he pushed him back. He came a third time, and he pushed him back three times. When he finished, he said: The prayer is not interrupted by anything, but the Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him) said: 'Repel them as much as you can, for it is a devil.'
