أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو عَبْدِ اللهِ الْحَافِظُ فِي آخَرِينَ قَالُوا ثنا أَبُو الْعَبَّاسِ مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ يَعْقُوبَ ثنا الرَّبِيعُ بْنُ سُلَيْمَانَ أنبأ الشَّافِعِيُّ أنبأ مَالِكٌ (ح) وَأَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو عَبْدِ اللهِ الْحَافِظُ ثنا أَبُو عَبْدِ اللهِ مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ يَعْقُوبَ ثنا السَّرِيُّ بْنُ خُزَيْمَةَ ثنا عَبْدُ اللهِ بْنُ مَسْلَمَةَ عَنْ مَالِكٍ عَنِ ابْنِ شِهَابٍ عَنْ عُبَيْدِ اللهِ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللهِ عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ قَالَ أَقْبَلْتُ رَاكِبًا عَلَى أَتَانٍ وَأَنَا يَوْمَئِذٍ قَدْ نَاهَزْتُ الِاحْتِلَامَ وَرَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ يُصَلِّي بِالنَّاسِ بِمِنًى فَمَرَرْتُ بَيْنَ يَدَيْ بَعْضِ الصَّفِّ فَنَزَلَتُ وَأَرْسَلْتُ الْأَتَانَ تَرْتَعُ وَدَخَلْتُ فِي الصَّفِّ فَلَمْ يُنْكِرْ ذَلِكَ عَلَيَّ أَحَدٌ وَفِي حَدِيثِ الشَّافِعِيِّ فَأَرْسَلْتُ حِمَارِي تَرْتَعُ وَدَخَلْتُ الصَّفَّ فَلَمْ يُنْكِرْ ذَلِكَ عَلَيَّ أَحَدٌ 3502 وَأَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو عَبْدِ اللهِ الْحَافِظُ ثنا أَبُو بَكْرِ بْنُ إِسْحَاقَ أنبأ إِسْمَاعِيلُ بْنُ قُتَيْبَةَ ثنا يَحْيَى بْنُ يَحْيَى قَالَ قَرَأْتُ عَلَى مَالِكٍ فَذَكَرَهُ مِثْلَ حَدِيثِ الْقَعْنَبِيِّ إِلَّا أَنَّهُ قَالَ بَيْنَ يَدَيِ الصَّفِّ وَقَالَ فَلَمْ يُنْكِرْ ذَلِكَ عَلَيَّ أَحَدٌ

Abu Abdullah al-Hafiz informed us among others, they said: Abu al-Abbas Muhammad ibn Ya'qub narrated to us, al-Rabi' ibn Sulayman informed us, al-Shafi'i informed us, Malik informed us. And Abu Abdullah al-Hafiz informed us, Abu Abdullah Muhammad ibn Ya'qub narrated to us, al-Sariyy ibn Khuzaymah narrated to us, Abdullah ibn Maslamah narrated to us from Malik from Ibn Shihab from Ubaydullah ibn Abdullah from Ibn Abbas who said: I came riding a she-donkey while I had nearly reached the age of puberty. The Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him) was leading the people in prayer at Mina. I passed in front of part of the row, dismounted, and let the donkey graze. I entered the row, and no one objected to that. In the hadith of al-Shafi'i: I let my donkey graze and entered the row, and no one objected. And Abu Abdullah al-Hafiz informed us, Abu Bakr ibn Ishaq informed us, Isma'il ibn Qutaybah narrated to us, Yahya ibn Yahya narrated to us. He said: I read to Malik and mentioned it similarly to the hadith of al-Qa'nabi, except he said: In front of the row. And he said: No one objected to that.
