أَخْبَرَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللهِ الْحَافِظُ ثنا أَبُو الْحَسَنِ عَلِيُّ بْنُ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ سَخْتَوَيْهِ الْعَدْلُ أَخْبَرَنِي عُبَيْدُ بْنُ شَرِيكٍ أَنَّ نُعَيْمَ بْنَ حَمَّادٍ حَدَّثَهُمْ أنبأ ابْنُ الْمُبَارَكِ ثنا حُمَيْدٌ الطَّوِيلُ عَنْ أَنَسِ بْنِ مَالِكٍ قَالَ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ أُمِرْتُ أَنْ أُقَاتِلَ النَّاسَ حَتَّى يَشْهَدُوا أَنْ لَا إِلَهَ إِلَّا اللهُ وَأَنِّي رَسُولُ اللهِ فَإِنْ شَهِدُوا أَنْ لَا إِلَهَ إِلَّا اللهُ وَأَنِّي رَسُولُ اللهِ وَصَلُّوا صَلَاتَنَا وَاسْتَقْبَلُوا قِبْلَتَنَا وَأَكَلُوا ذَبِيحَتَنَا حُرِّمَتْ عَلَيْنَا دِمَاؤُهُمْ وَأَمْوَالُهُمْ إِلَّا بِحَقِّهَا وَحِسَابُهُمْ عَلَى اللهِ
الترجمة الإنجليزية
Anas ibn Malik narrated that the Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him) said: "I have been commanded to fight the people until they testify that there is no god but Allah and that I am the Messenger of Allah. If they testify to that, pray our prayer, face our qiblah, and eat our slaughtered animals, then their blood and wealth are forbidden to us except by right, and their reckoning is with Allah."
