وَأَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو سَعْدٍ الْمَالِينِيُّ أنبأ أَبُو أَحْمَدَ بْنُ عَدِيٍّ أَخْبَرَنِي الْفَضْلُ بْنُ حُبَابٍ ثنا أَبُو الْوَلِيدِ نا شُعْبَةُ عَنْ حُمَيْدِ بْنِ هِلَالٍ عَنْ عَبْدِ اللهِ بْنِ مُغَفَّلٍ قَالَ دُلِّيَ جِرَابٌ مِنْ شَحْمٍ يَوْمَ خَيْبَرَ فَالْتَزَمْتُهُ فَقُلْتُ هَذَا لِي لَا أُعْطِي أَحَدًا شَيْئًا فَالْتَفَتُّ فَإِذَا النَّبِيُّ ﷺ يَتَبَسَّمُ فَاسْتَحْيَيْتُ مِنْهُ أَخْرَجَاهُ فِي الصَّحِيحِ كَمَا مَضَى وَفِي هَذَا مَا دَلَّ عَلَى أَنَّهُ أَبَاحَ الشَّحْمَ مِنْ ذَبِيحَةِ أَهْلِ الْكِتَابِ وَفِي ذَلِكَ مَا دَلَّ عَلَى صِحَّةِ قَوْلِ الشَّافِعِيِّ رَحِمَهُ اللهُ
الترجمة الإنجليزية
Abdullah ibn Mughaffal said: A bag of fat was lowered on the day of Khaybar, and I embraced it saying: This is mine, I will not give anyone anything. I turned around and there was the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) smiling, and I felt shy before him. Both narrated it in the Sahih as mentioned. In this is evidence that he permitted fat from the slaughter of the People of the Book, which supports the view of al-Shafi'i.
