وَأَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو عَبْدِ اللهِ الْحَافِظُ أنبأ أَبُو بَكْرِ بْنُ إِسْحَاقَ الْفَقِيهُ أنبأ بِشْرُ بْنُ مُوسَى ثنا الْحُمَيْدِيُّ ثنا سُفْيَانُ ثنا الزُّهْرِيُّ أنبأ عُبَيْدُ اللهِ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللهِ أَنَّهُ سَمِعَ ابْنَ عَبَّاسٍ ؓ يُحَدِّثُ عَنْ مَيْمُونَةَ ؓ أَنَّ فَأْرَةً وَقَعَتْ فِي سَمْنٍ فَمَاتَتْ فَسُئِلَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ عَنْهَا فَقَالَ أَلْقُوهَا وَمَا حَوْلَهَا وَكُلُوا فَقِيلَ لِسُفْيَانَ فَإِنَّ مَعْمَرًا يُحَدِّثُهُ عَنِ الزُّهْرِيِّ عَنْ سَعِيدٍ عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ ؓ قَالَ سُفْيَانُ مَا سَمِعْتُ الزُّهْرِيَّ يُحَدِّثُهُ إِلَّا عَنْ عُبَيْدِ اللهِ عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ عَنْ مَيْمُونَةَ ؓ عَنِ النَّبِيِّ ﷺ وَلَقَدْ سَمِعْتُهُ مِنْهُ مِرَارًا
الترجمة الإنجليزية
And Abu Abdullah al-Hafiz informed us: Abu Bakr ibn Ishaq the jurist reported to us: Bishr ibn Musa reported to us: al-Humaydi narrated to us: Sufyan narrated to us: al-Zuhri narrated to us: Ubaydullah ibn Abdullah reported to us that he heard Ibn Abbas (may Allah be pleased with them) narrate from Maymunah (may Allah be pleased with her) that a mouse fell into ghee and died, and the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) was asked about it, and he said: "Throw it out and what is around it, and eat." It was said to Sufyan: "But Ma'mar narrates it from al-Zuhri, from Sa'id, from Abu Hurayrah (may Allah be pleased with him)." Sufyan said: "I never heard al-Zuhri narrate it except from Ubaydullah, from Ibn Abbas, from Maymunah (may Allah be pleased with her), from the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) — and I heard it from him many times."
