أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو زَكَرِيَّا وَأَبُو بَكْرِ بْنُ الْحَسَنِ قَالَا ثنا أَبُو الْعَبَّاسِ الْأَصَمُّ ثنا بَحْرُ بْنُ نَصْرٍ ثنا ابْنُ وَهْبٍ أَخْبَرَنِي عَمْرُو بْنُ الْحَارِثِ عَنْ بُكَيْرِ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللهِ عَنِ الْقَاسِمِ بْنِ مُحَمَّدٍ عَنْ عَائِشَةَ زَوْجِ النَّبِيِّ ﷺ أَنَّهَا قَالَتْ لَيْسَتْ بِتَمِيمَةٍ مَا عُلِّقَ بَعْدَ أَنْ يَقَعَ الْبَلَاءُ وَهَذَا يَدُلُّ عَلَى صِحَّةِ رِوَايَةِ عَبْدَانَ

Abu Zakariyya and Abu Bakr ibn al-Hasan informed us; they said: Abu al-Abbas al-Asamm narrated to us: Bahr ibn Nasr narrated to us: Ibn Wahb narrated to us: Amr ibn al-Harith informed me, from Bukayr ibn Abdullah, from al-Qasim ibn Muhammad, from Aisha the wife of the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him), that she said: What is hung after the affliction has occurred is not a tamimah. This indicates the correctness of Abdan's narration.
