أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو عَمْرٍو الْبِسْطَامِيُّ أنبأ أَبُو بَكْرٍ الْإِسْمَاعِيلِيُّ ثنا عِمْرَانُ بْنُ مُوسَى ثنا عُثْمَانُ بْنُ أَبِي شَيْبَةَ ثنا جَرِيرٌ عَنْ عَاصِمٍ الْأَحْوَلِ عَنْ عَامِرٍ عَنِ الْبَرَاءِ ؓ قَالَ أَمَرَنَا رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ أَنْ نُكْفِئَ لَحْمَ الْحُمُرِ الْأَهْلِيَّةِ نَيَّةً وَنَضِيجَةً ثُمَّ لَمْ يَأْمُرْنَا بِأَكْلِهِ بَعْدَهُ

Abu Amr al-Bistami informed us, Abu Bakr al-Isma'ili informed us, Imran ibn Musa narrated to us, Uthman ibn Abi Shaybah narrated to us, Jarir narrated to us from Asim al-Ahwal, from Amir, from al-Bara' (may Allah be pleased with him), who said: "The Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) ordered us to overturn the meat of domestic donkeys, whether raw or cooked, and then he never permitted us to eat it after that."
