أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو أَحْمَدَ عَبْدُ اللهِ بْنُ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ الْحَسَنِ الْمِهْرَجَانِيُّ أنبأ أَبُو بَكْرٍ مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ جَعْفَرٍ الْمُزَكِّي ثنا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ الْعَبْدِيُّ ثنا ابْنُ بُكَيْرٍ ثنا مَالِكٌ عَنْ جَعْفَرِ بْنِ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ عَلِيٍّ عَنْ أَبِيهِ أَنَّهُ قَالَ وَزَنَتْ فَاطِمَةُ بِنْتُ رَسُولِ اللهِ ﷺ شَعْرَ حَسَنٍ وَحُسَيْنٍ وَزَيْنَبَ وَأُمِّ كُلْثُومٍ فَتَصَدَّقَتْ بِزِنَةِ ذَلِكَ فِضَّةً وَرُوِّينَاهُ عَنْ رَبِيعَةَ عَنْ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ عَلِيِّ بْنِ حُسَيْنٍ فِي حَسَنٍ وَحُسَيْنٍ عَلَيْهِمَا السَّلَامُ

Abu Ahmad Abdullah ibn Muhammad ibn al-Hasan al-Mihrajani informed us > Abu Bakr Muhammad ibn Ja'far al-Muzakki > Muhammad ibn Ibrahim al-Abdi > Ibn Bukayr > Malik > Ja'far ibn Muhammad ibn Ali > his father, who said: 'Fatimah, the daughter of the Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him), weighed the hair of Hasan, Husayn, Zaynab, and Umm Kulthum, and gave in charity the equivalent weight in silver.' We also narrated it from Rabi'ah from Muhammad ibn Ali ibn Husayn regarding Hasan and Husayn (peace be upon them).
