الترجمة الإنجليزية
Abu Nasr ibn Qatadah and Abu Bakr al-Mashshat informed us, they said: Abu Amr ibn Matar narrated to us, Ibrahim ibn Ali al-Dhuhli narrated to us, Yahya ibn Yahya informed us, Waki' informed us from Sufyan from Qays ibn Muslim from al-Hasan ibn Muhammad ibn al-Hanafiyyah who said: The Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) wrote to the Magians of Hajar, inviting them to Islam. Whoever accepted Islam was accepted, and whoever refused had the jizyah imposed on them, on the condition that their slaughtered animals would not be eaten and their women would not be married. This is a mursal report (disconnected), and the consensus of most of the Ummah confirms it.
