وَأَخْبَرَنَا عَلِيُّ بْنُ أَحْمَدَ بْنِ عَبْدَانَ أنبأ أَحْمَدُ بْنُ عُبَيْدٍ الصَّفَّارُ أنبأ أَبُو مُسْلِمٍ إِبْرَاهِيمُ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللهِ ثنا حَجَّاجٌ هُوَ ابْنُ مِنْهَالٍ ثنا حَمَّادٌ هُوَ ابْنُ سَلَمَةَ عَنْ سِمَاكِ بْنِ حَرْبٍ قَالَ سَمِعْتُ مُرِيَّ بْنَ قَطَرِيٍّ عَنْ عَدِيِّ بْنِ حَاتِمٍ ؓ قَالَ قُلْتُ يَا رَسُولَ اللهِ إِنَّ أَحَدَنَا إِذَا أَصَابَ صَيْدًا وَلَيْسَ مَعَهُ شَفْرَةٌ أَيُذَكِّي بِمَرْوَةٍ أَوْ شُقَّةِ الْعَصَا؟ قَالَ أَمْرِرِ الدَّمَ بِمَا شِئْتَ وَاذْكُرِ اسْمَ اللهِ ﷻ
الترجمة الإنجليزية
And Ali ibn Ahmad ibn Abdan informed us, Ahmad ibn Ubayd al-Saffar informed us, Abu Muslim Ibrahim ibn Abdullah informed us, Hajjaj - he is Ibn Minhal - narrated to us, Hammad - he is Ibn Salamah - narrated to us from Simak ibn Harb who said: I heard Muriyy ibn Qatari from Adiyy ibn Hatim (may Allah be pleased with him) who said: I said: "O Messenger of Allah, when one of us catches game and has no blade, may he slaughter it with a flint stone or a split stick?" He said: "Cause the blood to flow with whatever you wish and mention the name of Allah the Almighty."
