وَأَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو عَلِيٍّ الرُّوذْبَارِيُّ أنبأ مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ بَكْرٍ ثنا أَبُو دَاوُدَ ثنا الْحَسَنُ بْنُ عِيسَى مَوْلَى ابْنِ الْمُبَارَكِ عَنِ ابْنِ الْمُبَارَكِ بِهَذَا الْإِسْنَادِ قَالَ نَهَى رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ عَنْ شَرِيطَةِ الشَّيْطَانِ وَهِيَ الَّتِي تُذْبَحُ فَيُقْطَعُ الْجِلْدُ وَلَا تُفْرَى الْأَوْدَاجُ ثُمَّ تُتْرَكُ حَتَّى تَمُوتَ
الترجمة الإنجليزية
And Abu Ali al-Rudhbari informed us, Muhammad ibn Bakr informed us, Abu Dawud narrated to us, al-Hasan ibn Isa, the freedman of Ibn al-Mubarak, narrated to us from Ibn al-Mubarak with this chain of narration. He said: The Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) prohibited the sharitah of Satan, which is one that is slaughtered by only cutting the skin without severing the jugular veins, then left to die.
