الترجمة الإنجليزية
Abu Abdullah al-Hafiz informed us, Ali ibn Hamshad informed us, Yazid ibn al-Haytham informed me that Ibrahim ibn Abi al-Layth narrated to them, al-Ashja'i narrated to us from Sufyan from Asim ibn Sulayman from Muhammad ibn Sirin from Imran ibn Husayn (may Allah be pleased with him) who said: "A two-year-old is more beloved to me than an old one. Allah has more right to youth and generosity. The most beloved to me is more beloved than a two-year-old to sacrifice." This is a mawquf report (stopped at the companion).
