أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو بَكْرٍ أَحْمَدُ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ بْنِ مَحْمُودٍ الْأَصْبَهَانِيُّ قَدِمَ عَلَيْنَا أنبأ أَبُو حَفْصٍ عُمَرُ بْنُ أَحْمَدَ بْنِ شَاهِينَ بِبَغْدَادَ أنبأ مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ سُلَيْمَانَ الْبَاغَنْدِيُّ ثنا عَلِيُّ بْنُ سَعِيدٍ يَعْنِي ابْنَ مَسْرُوقٍ الْكِنْدِيَّ ثنا الْمُسَيِّبُ بْنُ شَرِيكٍ عَنْ عُبَيْدٍ الْمُكْتِبِ ح وَأَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ السُّلَمِيُّ وَأَبُو بَكْرِ بْنُ الْحَارِثِ الْأَصْبَهَانِيُّ قَالَا أنبأ عَلِيُّ بْنُ عُمَرَ الْحَافِظُ ثنا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ يُوسُفَ بْنِ سُلَيْمَانَ الْخَلَّالُ ثنا الْهَيْثَمُ بْنُ سَهْلٍ ثنا الْمُسَيِّبُ بْنُ شَرِيكٍ ثنا عُبَيْدٌ الْمُكْتِبُ عَنْ عَامِرٍ عَنْ مَسْرُوقٍ عَنْ عَلِيٍّ ؓ قَالَ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ نَسَخَ الْأَضْحَى كُلَّ ذَبْحٍ وَصَوْمُ رَمَضَانَ كُلَّ صَوْمٍ وَالْغُسْلُ مِنَ الْجَنَابَةِ كُلَّ غُسْلٍ وَالزَّكَاةُ كُلَّ صَدَقَةٍ قَالَ عَلِيٌّ خَالَفَهُ الْمُسَيِّبُ بْنُ وَاضِحٍ عَنِ الْمُسَيَّبِ بْنِ شَرِيكٍ وَكِلَاهُ��َا ضَعِيفٌ وَالْمُسَيِّبُ بْنُ شَرِيكٍ مَتْرُوكٌ

Abu Bakr Ahmad ibn Ibrahim ibn Mahmud al-Asbahani informed us - he came to us. Abu Hafs Umar ibn Ahmad ibn Shahin in Baghdad informed us, Muhammad ibn Muhammad ibn Sulayman al-Baghandi informed us, Ali ibn Sa'id - meaning Ibn Masruq al-Kindi - narrated to us, al-Musayyab ibn Sharik narrated to us from Ubayd al-Muktib. And Abu Abd al-Rahman al-Sulami and Abu Bakr ibn al-Harith al-Asbahani informed us, they said: Ali ibn Umar al-Hafiz informed us, Muhammad ibn Yusuf ibn Sulayman al-Khallal narrated to us, al-Haytham ibn Sahl narrated to us, al-Musayyab ibn Sharik narrated to us, Ubayd al-Muktib narrated to us from Amir, from Masruq, from Ali (may Allah be pleased with him) who said: The Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "The sacrifice has abrogated every other slaughter, the fast of Ramadan has abrogated every other fast, the bath of janabah has abrogated every other bath, and the zakat has abrogated every other charity." Ali said: Al-Musayyab ibn Wadih contradicted him from al-Musayyab ibn Sharik, and both of them are weak. Al-Musayyab ibn Sharik is abandoned.
