أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو عَمْرٍو مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللهِ الْبِسْطَامِيُّ أنبأ أَبُو بَكْرٍ الْإِسْمَاعِيلِيُّ أنبأ الْقَاسِمُ بْنُ زَكَرِيَّا ثنا ابْنُ بَزِيعٍ وَأَبُو الْأَشْعَثِ قَالَا ثنا الْفُضَيْلُ بْنُ سُلَيْمَانَ أنبأ مُوسَى بْنُ عُقْبَةَ أَخْبَرَنِي نَافِعٌ عَنِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ أَنَّ عُمَرَ ؓ أَجْلَى الْيَهُودَ وَالنَّصَارَى مِنْ أَرْضِ الْحِجَازِ وَكَانَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ لَمَّا ظَهَرَ عَلَى خَيْبَرَ أَرَادَ إِخْرَاجَ الْيَهُودِ مِنْهَا وَكَانَتِ الْأَرْضُ إِذْ أَظْهَرَ عَلَيْهَا لِلَّهِ وَلِرَسُولِهِ وَلِلْمُسْلِمِينَ فَسَأَلَ الْيَهُودُ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ أَنْ يُقِرَّهُمْ بِهَا عَلَى أَنْ يَكُفُّوا الْعَمَلَ وَلَهُمْ نِصْفُ الثَّمَرِ فَقَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ أُقِرُّكُمْ عَلَى ذَلِكَ مَا شِئْنَا فَأُقِرُّوا بِهَا وَأَجْلَاهُمْ عُمَرُ ؓ فِي إِمَارَتِهِ إِلَى تَيْمَاءَ وَأَرِيحَا
الترجمة الإنجليزية
Abu 'Amr Muhammad ibn 'Abdullah al-Bistami informed us, Abu Bakr al-Isma'ili narrated to us, al-Qasim ibn Zakariyya narrated to us, Ibn Bazi' and Abu al-Ash'ath said: al-Fudayl ibn Sulayman narrated to us, Musa ibn 'Uqbah informed us, Nafi' informed me from Ibn 'Umar, that 'Umar (may Allah be pleased with him) expelled the Jews and the Christians from the land of the Hijaz. When the Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him) conquered Khaybar, he wanted to expel the Jews from it, for the land — when he conquered it — belonged to Allah, His Messenger, and the Muslims. The Jews asked the Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him) to allow them to remain there on the condition that they would work the land and receive half the produce.
