الترجمة الإنجليزية
Muhammad ibn Abi al-Ma'ruf al-Isfara'ini informed us > Abu Sa'id Abdullah ibn Muhammad ibn Abd al-Wahhab al-Razi > Muhammad ibn Ayyub > Muslim > Hisham > Qatadah > al-Hasan > al-Ahnaf ibn Qays, that Umar ibn al-Khattab (may Allah be pleased with him) used to stipulate upon the dhimmi people hospitality of one day and one night, and that they repair bridges, and that if a killed person is found among them, they bear his blood money. Another narrator said from Hisham: And if a Muslim man is killed in their land, they bear his blood money.
