وَقَدْ أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو الْحَسَنِ بْنُ عَبْدَانَ أنبأ أَحْمَدُ بْنُ عُبَيْدٍ ثنا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ عَلِيٍّ الْخَزَّازُ ثنا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنِ سَهْمٍ الْأَنْطَاكِيُّ ثنا إِبْرَاهِيمُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ الْفَزَارِيُّ عَنِ ابْنِ جُرَيْجٍ عَنْ سُلَيْمَانَ بْنِ مُوسَى عَنْ عَبْدِ اللهِ بْنِ مَالِكِ بْنِ يَخَامِرَ عَنْ أَبِيهِ مَالِكِ بْنِ يَخَامِرَ عَنْ مُعَاذِ بْنِ جَبَلٍ ؓ قَالَ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ مَنْ سَأَلَ اللهَ الشَّهَادَةَ صَادِقًا مِنْ قَلْبِهِ فَمَاتَ أَوْ قُتِلَ فَلَهُ أَجْرُ شَهِيدٍ وَمَنْ جُرِحَ جُرْحًا فِي سَبِيلِ اللهِ جَاءَ يَوْمَ الْقِيَامَةِ يَدْمَى اللَّوْنُ لَوْنُ دَمٍ وَالرِّيحُ رِيحُ مِسْكٍ
الترجمة الإنجليزية
Abu al-Hasan ibn Abdan informed us, from Ahmad ibn Ubayd, from Ahmad ibn Ali al-Khazzaz, from Muhammad ibn Abd al-Rahman ibn Sahm al-Antaki, from Ibrahim ibn Muhammad al-Fazari, from Ibn Jurayj, from Sulayman ibn Musa, from Abdullah ibn Malik ibn Yakhamir, from his father Malik ibn Yakhamir, from Mu'adh ibn Jabal (may Allah be pleased with him) who said: The Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him) said: Whoever sincerely asks Allah for martyrdom from his heart and then dies or is killed, he has the reward of a martyr. And whoever is wounded in the cause of Allah will come on the Day of Resurrection bleeding — its color is the color of blood and its fragrance is the fragrance of musk.
