أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو بَكْرٍ مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ الْحَسَنِ بْنِ فُورَكٍ أنبأ عَبْدُ اللهِ بْنُ جَعْفَرٍ ثنا يُونُسُ بْنُ حَبِيبٍ ثنا أَبُو دَاوُدَ ثنا شُعْبَةُ ح وأنبأ أَبُو عَبْدِ اللهِ الْحَافِظُ ثنا أَبُو الْعَبَّاسِ مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ يَعْقُوبَ ثنا إِبْرَاهِيمُ بْنُ مَرْزُوقٍ ثنا أَبُو عَامِرٍ الْعَقَدِيُّ ثنا شُعْبَةُ عَنْ قَتَادَةَ عَنْ أَنَسِ بْنِ مَالِكٍ ؓ أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ قَالَ مَا أَجِدُ أَحَدًا يَدْخُلُ الْجَنَّةَ فَيَتَمَنَّى أَنْ يَخْرُجَ مِنْهَا وَإِنَّ لَهُ مَا عَلَى الْأَرْضِ مِنْ شَيْءٍ إِلَّا الشَّهِيدَ فَإِنَّهُ يَتَمَنَّى أَنْ يَرْجِعَ فَيُقْتَلَ عَشْرَ مِرَارٍ لِمَا رَأَى مِنَ الْكَرَامَةِ لَفْظُ حَدِيثِ الْعَقَدِيِّ فِي رِوَايَةِ الطَّيَالِسِيِّ مَا مِنْ عَبْدٍ لَهُ عِنْدَ اللهِ خَيْرٌ يُحِبُّ أَنْ يَرْجِعَ إِلَى الدُّنْيَا إِلَّا الشَّهِيدُ فَإِنَّهُ يَوَدُّ لَوْ أَنَّهُ رَجَعَ فَقُتِلَ عَشْرَ مَرَّاتٍ؛ لِمَا يَرَى مِنْ فَضْلِ الشَّهَادَةِ
الترجمة الإنجليزية
Abu Bakr Muhammad ibn al-Hasan ibn Furak informed us, from Abdullah ibn Ja'far, from Yunus ibn Habib, from Abu Dawud, from Shu'bah; and Abu Abdullah al-Hafiz informed us, from Abu al-Abbas Muhammad ibn Ya'qub, from Ibrahim ibn Marzuq, from Abu Amir al-Aqadi, from Shu'bah, from Qatadah, from Anas ibn Malik (may Allah be pleased with him), that the Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him) said: No one enters Paradise and wishes to come back to the world, even if he were given everything on earth, except the martyr. For he wishes to return and be killed ten times over because of the honor he has seen. In the narration of al-Tayalisi: No servant who has good with Allah would wish to return to the world except the martyr, for he would love to return and be killed ten times because of the virtue of martyrdom he sees.
