وَقَدْ أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو عَبْدِ اللهِ الْحَافِظُ أَخْبَرَنِي عَبْدُ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنُ حَمْدَوَيْهِ ثنا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ إِسْحَاقَ ثنا عَلِيُّ بْنُ حُجْرٍ السَّعْدِيُّ ثنا دَاوُدُ بْنُ الزِّبْرِقَانِ عَنْ شُعْبَةَ عَنْ أَبِي إِسْحَاقَ قَالَ حَدَّثَنِي فَقِيهٌ مِنْ أَهْلِ نَجْرَانَ عَنِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ أُتِيَ بِرَجُلٍ سَكْرَانَ أَوْ قَالَ نَشْوَانَ فَلَمَّا ذَهَبَ سُكْرُهُ أَمَرَ بِجَلْدِهِ قَالَ يَا رَسُولَ اللهِ إِنِّي لَمْ أَشْرَبْ خَمْرًا إِنَّمَا شَرِبْتُ خَلِيطَ بُسْرٍ وَتَمْرٍ فَأَمَرَ بِهِ فَجُلِدَ ثُمَّ نَهَى عَنْهُمَا أَنْ يُخْلَطَا
الترجمة الإنجليزية
Ibn Umar narrated that a drunk or intoxicated man was brought to the Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him). When his intoxication subsided, the Prophet ordered him flogged. He said: "O Messenger of Allah, I did not drink wine; I only drank a mixture of unripe dates and dates." The Prophet ordered him flogged and then forbade mixing the two together.
