أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو عَبْدِ اللهِ الْحَافِظُ ثنا أَبُو الْعَبَّاسِ مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ يَعْقُوبَ أنبأ الرَّبِيعُ بْنُ سُلَيْمَانَ أنبأ الشَّافِعِيُّ أنبأ مَالِكٌ ح وَأَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو عَبْدِ اللهِ ثنا أَبُو بَكْرِ بْنُ إِسْحَاقَ أنبأ إِسْمَاعِيلُ بْنُ قُتَيْبَةَ ثنا يَحْيَى بْنُ يَحْيَى قَالَ قَرَأْتُ عَلَى مَالِكٍ عَنْ نَافِعٍ عَنِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ خَطَبَ النَّاسَ فِي بَعْضِ مَغَازِيهِ قَالَ ابْنُ عُمَرَ فَأَقْبَلْتُ نَحْوَهُ فَانْصَرَفَ قَبْلَ أَنْ أَبْلُغَهُ فَسَأَلْتُ مَاذَا قَالَ؟ قَالُوا نَهَى أَنْ يُنْبَذَ فِي الدُّبَّاءِ وَالْمُزَفَّتِ
الترجمة الإنجليزية
Narrations about judicial ethics and the responsibilities of the judge in criminal cases. The Prophet (peace be upon him) said: "Judges are of three types: one in Paradise and two in the Fire. The one in Paradise is the one who knows the truth and judges accordingly. The one who knows the truth but judges unjustly is in the Fire, and the one who judges in ignorance is in the Fire."
