أَخْبَرَنَا عَلِيُّ بْنُ أَحْمَدَ بْنِ عَبْدَانَ أنبأ أَحْمَدُ بْنُ عُبَيْدٍ ثنا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ يُونُسَ ثنا أَبُو عَاصِمٍ عَنْ عُثْمَانَ الشَّحَّامِ عَنْ عِكْرِمَةَ عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ أَنَّ أُمَّ وَلَدٍ لِرَجُلٍ سَبَّتْ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ فَقَتَلَهَا فَنَادَى مُنَادِي رَسُولِ اللهِ ﷺ إِنَّ دَمَهَا هَدَرٌ وَرَوَاهُ أَيْضًا إِسْرَائِيلُ عَنْ عُثْمَانَ الشَّحَّامِ بِطُولِهِ مَوْصُولًا
الترجمة الإنجليزية
Discussion of the ruling on apostasy (riddah) — the Prophet (peace be upon him) said: "Whoever changes his religion, kill him." Scholars discussed the conditions for this ruling: the apostate must be given an opportunity to repent, and the ruling applies to those who publicly abandon Islam after having accepted it.
