أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو عَلِيٍّ الرُّوذْبَارِيُّ أنا أَبُو بَكْرِ بْنُ دَاسَةَ ثنا أَبُو دَاوُدَ ثنا قُتَيْبَةُ نا اللَّيْثُ ح وَأَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو عَبْدِ اللهِ الْحَافِظُ نا أَبُو الْحُسَيْنِ بْنُ مَنْصُورٍ نا جَعْفَرُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ الْحُسَيْنِ ثنا يَحْيَى بْنُ يَحْيَى أنا اللَّيْثُ بْنُ سَعْدٍ عَنْ نَافِعٍ عَنِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ ؓ أَنَّهُ طَلَّقَ امْرَأَتَهُ وَهِيَ حَائِضٌ تَطْلِيقَةً وَاحِدَةً فَأَمَرَهُ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ أَنْ يُرَاجِعَهَا ثُمَّ يُمْسِكَهَا حَتَّى تَطْهُرَ ثُمَّ تَحِيضَ عِنْدَهُ حَيْضَةً أُخْرَى ثُمَّ يُمْهِلَهَا حَتَّى تَطْهُرَ مِنْ حَيْضَتِهَا فَإِنْ أَرَادَ أَنْ يُطَلِّقَهَا فَلْيُطَلِّقْهَا حِينَ تَطْهُرَ مِنْ قَبْلِ أَنْ يُجَامِعَهَا فَتِلْكَ الْعِدَّةُ الَّتِي أَمَرَ اللهُ أَنْ يُطَلَّقَ لَهَا النِّسَاءُ لَفْظُ حَدِيثِ يَحْيَى
الترجمة الإنجليزية
Nafi' narrated from Ibn Umar (may Allah be pleased with him) that he divorced his wife while she was menstruating, a single divorce. The Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him) ordered him to take her back, then keep her until she became pure, then menstruated another period, then to wait until she became pure from her menstruation. If he then wanted to divorce her, he should divorce her while she was pure before having relations with her. That is the waiting period which Allah commanded for the divorce of women.
