أَخْبَرَنَا عَلِيُّ بْنُ أَحْمَدَ بْنِ عَبْدَانَ أنا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ عُبَيْدٍ الصَّفَّارُ نا عُبَيْدُ بْنُ شَرِيكٍ نا عَمْرُو بْنُ عُثْمَانَ نا أَبِي نا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنِ عِرْقٍ عَنْ عَبْدِ اللهِ بْنِ بُسْرٍ قَالَ أُهْدِيَ إِلَى رَسُولِ اللهِ ﷺ شَاةٌ وَالطَّعَامُ يَوْمَئِذٍ قَلِيلٌ فَقَالَ لِأَهْلِهِ أَصْلِحُوا هَذِهِ الشَّاةَ وَانْظُرُوا إِلَى هَذَا الْخُبْزِ فَأَثْرِدُوا وَاغْرِفُوا عَلَيْهِ وَكَانَتْ لِلنَّبِيِّ ﷺ قَصْعَةٌ يُقَالُ لَهَا الْغَرَّاءُ يَحْمِلُهَا أَرْبَعَةُ رِجَالٍ فَلَمَّا أَصْبَحُوا وَسَجَدُوا الضُّحَى أُتِيَ بِتِلْكَ الْقَصْعَةِ فَالْتَفُّوا عَلَيْهَا فَلَمَّا كَثُرُوا جَثَا رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ فَقَالَ أَعْرَابِيٌّ مَا هَذِهِ؟ يَعْنِي الْجِلْسَةَ فَقَالَ إِنَّ اللهَ جَعَلَنِي عَبْدًا كَرِيمًا وَلَمْ يَجْعَلْنِي جَبَّارًا عَصِيًّا كُلُوا مِنْ جَوَانِبِهَا وَدَعُوا ذُرْوَتَهَا يُبَارَكْ فِيهَا ثُمَّ قَالَ خُذُوا كُلُوا فَوَالَّذِي نَفْسُ مُحَمَّدٍ بِيَدِهِ لَيَفْتَحَنَّ عَلَيْكُمْ فَارِسَ وَالرُّومَ حَتَّى يَكْثُرَ الطَّعَامُ فَلَا يُذْكَرُ اسْمُ اللهِ عَلَيْهِ
الترجمة الإنجليزية
Ali bin Ahmad bin Abdan informed us... from Abdullah bin Busr, who said: A sheep was gifted to the Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him) when food was scarce at the time. He said to his family: Prepare this sheep, and look at this bread, make tharid and pour broth over it. The Prophet (peace be upon him) had a large bowl called al-Gharra', which required four men to carry it. When they performed the morning prayer and prostrated for the Duha prayer, that bowl was brought and they gathered around it. When they became too many, the Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him) knelt down. A Bedouin asked: What kind of sitting is this? He said: Allah has made me a noble servant and did not make me an arrogant tyrant. Eat from its sides and leave its top so that it may be blessed. Then he said: Take and eat, for by the One in Whose Hand is Muhammad's soul, Persia and Rome will be opened to you until food will be abundant and the name of Allah will not be mentioned over it.
