وَأَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو عَبْدِ اللهِ الْحَافِظُ وَأَبُو بَكْرٍ الْقَاضِي قَالَا ثنا أَبُو الْعَبَّاسِ مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ يَعْقُوبَ ثنا الْحَسَنُ بْنُ عَلِيِّ بْنِ عَفَّانَ ثنا يَحْيَى بْنُ آدَمَ عَنْ حَسَنِ بْنِ صَالِحٍ وَشَرِيكٌ عَنْ أَبِي هَارُونَ عَنْ أَبِي سَعِيدٍ قَالَ شَرِيكٌ رَفَعَهُ إِلَى النَّبِيِّ ﷺ قَالَ لَيْسَ عَلَى الرَّجُلِ جُنَاحٌ أَنْ يَتَزَوَّجَ بِقَلِيلٍ أَوْ كَثِيرٍ مِنْ مَالِهِ إِذَا تَرَاضَوْا وَأ��شْهِدُوا أَبُو هَارُونَ الْعَبْدِيُّ غَيْرُ مُحْتَجٍّ بِهِ وَقَدْ رُوِيَ مِنْ وَجْهٍ آخَرَ ضَعِيفٍ عَنْ أَبِي سَعِيدٍ مَرْفُوعًا قَالَ الشَّافِعِيُّ رَحِمَهُ اللهُ وَبَلَغَنَا أَنَّ عُمَرَ بْنَ الْخَطَّابِ ؓ قَالَ فِي ثَلَاثِ قَبَضَاتِ زَبِيبٍ مَهْرٌ
الترجمة الإنجليزية
Abu Sa'id reported that the Prophet (peace be upon him) said: 'There is no sin upon a man to marry with little or much of his wealth, as long as they are content and there are witnesses.' Abu Harun al-Abdi is not relied upon as evidence. It was also narrated through another weak chain from Abu Sa'id as a marfu' hadith. Al-Shafi'i (may Allah have mercy on him) said: And it has reached us that Umar ibn al-Khattab (may Allah be pleased with him) said regarding three handfuls of raisins: 'It is a dowry.'
