وَأَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو نَصْرِ بْنُ قَتَادَةَ أنبأ أَبُو مَنْصُورٍ النَّضْرَوِيُّ الْهَرَوِيّ ثنا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ نَجْدَةَ ثنا سَعِيدُ بْنُ مَنْصُورٍ ثنا أَبُو عَوَانَةَ عَنْ مُهَاجِرٍ أَبِي الْحَسَنِ قَالَ أَتَيْتُ أَبَا وَائِلٍ وَأَبَا بُرْدَةَ بِالزَّكَاةِ وَهُمَا عَلَى بَيْتِ الْمَالِ فَأَخَذَاهَا ثُمَّ جِئْتُ مَرَّةً أُخْرَى فَوَجَدْتُ أَبَا وَائِلٍ وَحْدَهُ فَقَالَ رُدَّهَا فَضَعْهَا مَوَاضِعَهَا قُلْتُ فَمَا أَصْنَعُ بِنَصِيبِ الْمُؤَلَّفَةِ قُلُوبُهُمْ قَالَ رُدَّهُ عَلَى آخَرِينَ
الترجمة الإنجليزية
Muhajir Abu al-Hasan narrated: "I brought zakat to Abu Wa'il and Abu Burdah when they were in charge of the treasury. They accepted it. Then I came again and found Abu Wa'il alone. He said: 'Take it back and distribute it to its proper recipients.' I asked: 'What about the share of those whose hearts are to be reconciled?' He said: 'Distribute it to the others.'"
