وَفِيمَا أَجَازَ لِي أَبُو عَبْدِ اللهِ الْحَافِظُ وَأنبأ عَنْهُ عَنْ أَبِي الْعَبَّاسِ أنبأ الرَّبِيعُ أنبأ الشَّافِعِيُّ أنبأ مُطَرِّفُ بْنُ مَازِنٍ عَنْ مَعْمَرٍ عَنْ عَبْدِ اللهِ بْنِ طَاوُسٍ عَنْ أَبِيهِ أَنَّ مُعَاذَ بْنَ جَبَلٍ ؓ قَضَى أَيُّمَا رَجُلٍ انْتَقَلَ مِنْ مِخْلَافِ عَشِيرَتِهِ إِلَى غَيْرِ مِخْلَافِ عَشِيرَتِهِ فَعُشْرُهُ وَصَدَقَتُهُ إِلَى مِخْلَافِ عَشِيرَتِهِ أَنَّ مُعَاذَ بْنَ جَبَلٍ ؓ قَضَى أَيُّمَا رَجُلٍ انْتَقَلَ مِنْ مِخْلَافِ عَشِيرَتِهِ إِلَى غَيْرِ مِخْلَافِ عَشِيرَتِهِ فَعُشْرُهُ وَصَدَقَتُهُ إِلَى مِخْلَافِ عَشِيرَتِهِ
الترجمة الإنجليزية
Abu Musa al-Ash'ari narrated: "The Prophet (peace be upon him) fell ill and his illness intensified. He said: 'Order Abu Bakr to lead the people in prayer.' Aishah said: 'He is a man of soft heart; when he stands in your place, he will not be able.' He repeated: 'Order Abu Bakr to lead the people in prayer.' She repeated her objection. He said: 'Order Abu Bakr to lead the people in prayer, for you are like the female companions of Yusuf.' So Abu Bakr led the prayer during the Prophet's lifetime."
