أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو زَكَرِيَّا بْنُ أَبِي إِسْحَاقَ الْمُزَكِّي أنا أَبُو الْحُسَيْنِ عَبْدُ الْبَاقِي بْنُ قَانِعٍ الْقَاضِي ثنا الْحَارِثُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ ثنا عَبْدُ الْوَهَّابِ بْنُ عَطَاءٍ أنا سَعِيدٌ عَنْ قَتَادَةَ عَنْ شَهْرِ بْنِ حَوْشَبٍ عَنْ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنِ غُنْمٍ عَنْ عَمْرِو بْنِ خَارِجَةَ قَالَ خَطَبَنَا رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ بِمِنًى وَهُوَ عَلَى رَاحِلَتِهِ فَقَالَ إِنَّ اللهَ قَسَمَ لِكُلِّ إِنْسَانٍ نَصِيبَهُ مِنَ الْمِيرَاثِ فَلَا يَجُوزُ لِوَارِثٍ وَصِيَّةٌ وَذَكَرَ الْحَدِيثَ وَرَوَاهُ أَيْضًا حَمَّادُ بْنُ سَلَمَةَ عَنْ قَتَادَةَ وَرُوِيَ مِنْ وَجْهٍ آخَرَ ضَعِيفٍ عَنْ عَمْرٍو
الترجمة الإنجليزية
Abu Zakariyya ibn Abi Ishaq al-Muzakki informed us with his chain from Qatadah from Shahr ibn Hawshab from Abd al-Rahman ibn Ghanm from Amr ibn Kharijah who said: The Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him) addressed us at Mina while on his camel, and said: 'Indeed Allah has apportioned to every person their share of inheritance, so bequest is not permissible for an heir.' This was also narrated by Hammad ibn Salamah from Qatadah, and from another weak route from Amr.
