أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو عَبْدِ اللهِ الْحَافِظُ ثنا أَبُو الْعَبَّاسِ هُوَ الْأَصَمُّ ثنا يَحْيَى بْنُ أَبِي طَالِبٍ أنا يَزِيدُ بْنُ هَارُونَ أنا سُفْيَانُ عَنِ الْأَعْمَشِ عَنْ إِبْرَاهِيمَ عَنْ مَسْرُوقٍ عَنْ عَبْدِ اللهِ فِي ابْنَةٍ وَأُخْتٍ وَجَدٍّ قَالَ مِنْ أَرْبَعَةٍ؛ لِلِابْنَةِ النِّصْفُ سَهْمَانِ وَلِلْجَدِّ سَهْمٌ وَلِلْأُخْتِ سَهْمٌ وَإِنْ كَانَتَا أُخْتَيْنِ فَمِنْ ثَمَانِيَةٍ؛ لِلِابْنَةِ النِّصْفُ أَرْبَعَةٌ وَلِلْجَدِّ سَهْمَانِ وَلِلْأُخْتَيْنِ سَهْمٌ سَهْمٌ فَإِنْ كَانَتْ ثَلَاثُ أَخَوَاتٍ فَمِنْ عَشَرَةٍ؛ لِلِابْنَةِ النِّصْفُ خَمْسَةٌ وَلِلْجَدِّ سَهْمَانِ وَهُوَ خُمُسُ مَا بَقِيَ وَلِلْأَخَوَاتِ سَهْمٌ سَهْمٌ
الترجمة الإنجليزية
Abu Abdullah al-Hafiz informed us: Abu al-Abbas, known as al-Asamm, narrated to us: Yahya ibn Abi Talib narrated to us: Yazid ibn Harun informed us: Sufyan narrated from al-A'mash from Ibrahim from Masruq from Abdullah regarding a daughter, sister, and grandfather. He said: from four shares - the daughter receives half (two shares), the grandfather one share, and the sister one share. If there are two sisters, it is from eight shares - the daughter receives half (four shares), the grandfather two shares, and each sister one share. If there are three sisters, it is from ten shares - the daughter receives half (five shares), the grandfather two shares (which is one-fifth of the remainder), and each sister one share.
