Abu Sa'id informed us: Abu Abdullah narrated to us: Muhammad ibn Nasr narrated to us: Muhammad ibn Bakkar narrated to us: Abd al-Rahman ibn Abi al-Zinad narrated from his father from Kharijah ibn Zayd from his father regarding the inheritance of sisters: A full sister gets one-half when she is alone, and two or more get two-thirds. The paternal sister gets the same as the full sister when there is no full sister. If there is a full sister who has taken one-half, the paternal sister gets one-sixth to complete two-thirds.
