أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو بَكْرٍ أَحْمَدُ بْنُ عَلِيٍّ الْأَصْبَهَانِيُّ أنا أَبُو إِسْحَاقَ إِبْرَاهِيمُ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللهِ أنا إِسْمَاعِيلُ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ بْنِ الْحَارِثِ الْقَطَّانُ ثنا الْحَسَنُ بْنُ عِيسَى أنا ابْنُ الْمُبَارَكِ أنا إِسْمَاعِيلُ بْنُ أَبِي خَالِدٍ عَنِ الشَّعْبِيِّ قَالَ مَا وَرَّثَ أَحَدٌ مِنْ أَصْحَابِ النَّبِيِّ ﷺ الْإِخْوَةَ مِنَ الْأُمِّ مَعَ الْجَدِّ شَيْئًا قَطُّ 12266 قَالَ وَأنا ابْنُ الْمُبَارَكِ أنا سُفْيَانُ عَنِ الْأَعْمَشِ عَنْ إِبْرَاهِيمَ نَحْوَهُ

Abu Bakr Ahmad ibn Ali al-Asbahani informed us: Abu Ishaq Ibrahim ibn Abdullah informed us: Isma'il ibn Ibrahim ibn al-Harith al-Qattan narrated to us: al-Hasan ibn Isa informed us: Ibn al-Mubarak informed us: Isma'il ibn Abi Khalid narrated from al-Sha'bi who said: None of the Companions of the Prophet (peace be upon him) ever gave inheritance to maternal brothers along with a grandfather. And Ibn al-Mubarak informed us: Sufyan narrated from al-A'mash from Ibrahim something similar.
