وَبِهَذَا الْإِسْنَادِ قَالَ ثنا مَالِكٌ عَنْ يَحْيَى بْنِ سَعِيدٍ عَنْ سَعِيدِ بْنِ الْمُسَيِّبِ أَنَّ عُمَرَ بْنَ الْخَطَّابِ ؓ قَالَ لَا نَرِثُ أَهْلَ الْمِلَلِ وَلَا يَرِثُونَا لَا نَرِثُ أَهْلَ الْمِلَلِ وَلَا يَرِثُونَا

With the same chain of narration, Malik narrated from Yahya ibn Sa'id from Sa'id ibn al-Musayyib that Umar ibn al-Khattab (may Allah be pleased with him) said: We do not inherit from the people of other religions, nor do they inherit from us.
