أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو عَلِيٍّ الرُّوذْبَارِيُّ أنا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ بَكْرٍ ثنا أَبُو دَاوُدَ ثنا سُلَيْمَانُ بْنُ حَرْبٍ فِي آخَرِينَ قَالُوا ثنا حَمَّادٌ عَنْ بُدَيْلٍ عَنْ عَلِيِّ بْنِ أَبِي طَلْحَةَ عَنْ رَاشِدِ بْنِ سَعْدٍ عَنْ أَبِي عَامِرٍ الْهَوْزَنِيِّ عَنِ الْمِقْدَامِ الْكِنْدِيِّ قَالَ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ أَنَا أَوْلَى بِكُلِّ مُؤْمِنٍ مِنْ نَفْسِهِ فَمَنْ تَرَكَ دَيْنًا أَوْ ضَيْعَةً فَإِلِيَّ وَمَنْ تَرَكَ مَالًا فَلِوَرَثَتِهِ وَأَنَا مَوْلَى مَنْ لَا مَوْلَى لَهُ أَرِثُ مَالَهُ وَأَفُكُّ عَانَهُ وَالْخَالُ مَوْلَى مَنْ لَا مَوْلَى لَهُ يَرِثُ مَالَهُ وَيَفُكُّ عَانَهُ قَالَ أَبُو دَاوُدَ
الترجمة الإنجليزية
Abu Ali al-Rudhbari informed us: Muhammad ibn Bakr narrated to us: Abu Dawud narrated to us: Sulayman ibn Harb among others said: Hammad narrated to us from Budayl from Ali ibn Abi Talhah from Rashid ibn Sa'd from Abu Amir al-Hawzani from al-Miqdam al-Kindi who said: The Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him) said: I am more entitled to every believer than himself. Whoever leaves behind a debt or dependents, they are my responsibility. And whoever leaves behind wealth, it is for his heirs. And I am the protector of whoever has no protector; I inherit his wealth and free his captive. And the maternal uncle is the protector of whoever has no protector; he inherits his wealth and frees his captive. Abu Dawud said this.
