أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو الْحَسَنِ بْنُ عَبْدَانَ أنا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ عُبَيْدٍ الصَّفَّارُ ثنا تَمْتَامٌ ثنا عُبَيْدُ اللهِ ابْنُ عَائِشَةَ ثنا حَمَّادُ بْنُ سَلَمَةَ عَنْ ثَابِتٍ عَنْ أَنَسٍ رَفَعَهُ قَالَ قَرْضُ الشَّيْءِ خَيْرٌ مِنْ صَدَقَتِهِ قَالَ الْإِمَامُ أَحْمَدُ وَجَدْتُهُ فِي الْمُسْنَدِ مَرْفُوعًا فَهِبْتُهُ فَقُلْتُ رَفَعَهُ
الترجمة الإنجليزية
The Prophet (peace be upon him) forbade selling what is in the wombs (of animals) and what is in the udders, and selling a slave on the condition that he runs away, and selling war spoils before they are divided, and selling charitable donations before they are received, and what a diver catches.
