أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو الْحَسَنِ عَلِيُّ بْنُ أَحْمَدَ بْنِ عَبْدَانَ أنا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ عُبَيْدٍ الصَّفَّارُ أنا ابْنُ مِلْحَانَ ثنا يَحْيَى ثنا اللَّيْثُ حَدَّثَنِي يُونُسُ عَنِ ابْنِ شِهَابٍ قَالَ أَخْبَرَنِي عَامِرُ بْنُ سَعْدِ بْنِ أَبِي وَقَّاصٍ أَنَّ أَبَا سَعِيدٍ الْخُدْرِيَّ قَالَ نَهَى رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ عَنْ /لِبْسَتَيْنِ وَبَيْعَتَيْنِ نَهَى عَنِ الْمُلَامَسَةِ وَالْمُنَابَذَةِ فِي الْبَيْعِ وَالْمُلَامَسَةُ لَمْسُ الرَّجُلِ ثَوْبَ الْآخَرِ بِيَدِهِ بِاللَّيْلِ أَوِ النَّهَارِ لَا يُقَلِّبُهُ إِلَّا ذَلِكَ وَالْمُنَابَذَةُ أَنْ يَنْبُذَ الرَّجُلُ إِلَى الرَّجُلِ ثَوْبَهُ وَيَنْبُذَ الْآخَرُ ثَوْبَهُ وَيَكُونُ ذَلِكَ بَيْعَهُمَا عَنْ غَيْرِ نَظَرٍ وَلَا تَرَاضٍ وَاللِّبْسَتَانِ اشْتِمَالُ الصَّمَّاءِ وَالصَّمَّاءُ أَنْ يَجْعَلَ ثَوْبَهُ عَلَى أَحَدِ عَاتِقَيْهِ فَيَبْدُوَ أَحَدُ شِقَّيْهِ لَيْسَ عَلَيْهِ ثَوْبٌ وَاللِّبْسَةُ الْأُخْرَى احْتِبَاؤُهُ بِثَوْبِهِ لَيْسَ عَلَى فَرْجِهِ مِنْهُ شَيْءٌ
الترجمة الإنجليزية
Abu Sa'id al-Khudri said: "The Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him) prohibited two types of dress and two types of sale. He prohibited mulamasah and munabadha in sales. Mulamasah is when a man touches another's garment with his hand, by night or day, without turning it over. Munabadha is when a man throws his garment to another and the other throws his garment to him, and that constitutes their sale without inspection or mutual consent. The two types of dress are ishitmal al-samma (wrapping oneself in a single garment leaving one side exposed) and ihtiba (sitting wrapped in a single garment with nothing covering the private parts)."
