الترجمة الإنجليزية
Waki' told us, from Yunus ibn Abi Ishaq, from Mujahid, from Abu Hurayrah, who said: Gabriel came to the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) and said: "I came to you last night, and nothing prevented me from entering upon you except a dog that was in the house, and a picture on a curtain that was over the door." He said: "So they looked, and there was a puppy belonging to al-Hasan or al-Husayn under a shelf of theirs." He said: "So he ordered the dog to be taken out, and that the head of the picture be cut off so that it would look like a tree, and that the curtain be made into two cushions."
