حَدَّثَنَا وَكِيعٌ حَدَّثَنَا شُعْبَةُ عَنْ يَزِيدَ بْنِ خُمَيْرٍ عَنْ مَوْلًى لِقُرَيْشٍ قَالَ سَمِعْتُ أَبَا هُرَيْرَةَ يُحَدِّثُ مُعَاوِيَةَ قَالَ نَهَى رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ أَنْ يُصَلِّيَ الرَّجُلُ حَتَّى يَحْتَزِمَ قَالَ وَسَمِعْتُهُ يُحَدِّثُهُ قَالَ نَهَى رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ عَنْ بَيْعِ الْمَغَانِمِ حَتَّى تُقْسَمَ قَالَ شُعْبَةُ قَالَ مَرَّةً وَيُعْلَمَ مَا بَقِيَ مَا هِيَ قَالَ وَنَهَى عَنْ بَيْعِ الثِّمَارِ حَتَّى تُحْرَزَ مِنْ كُلِّ عَارِضٍ.
الترجمة الإنجليزية
Waki' narrated to us: Shu'bah narrated to us, from Yazid ibn Khumayr, from a freedman of Quraysh, who said: I heard Abu Hurayrah narrating to Mu'awiyah, saying: The Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) forbade a man from praying without girding himself [with a belt, to cover his private parts properly]. He said: And I heard him narrate to him, saying: The Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) forbade selling the spoils of war before they were distributed — Shu'bah said: he said once, 'and it is known what remains of them, what they are' — he said: And he forbade selling fruit before it was secured from every calamity.
