حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ جَعْفَرٍ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا شُعْبَةُ عَنْ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ زِيَادٍ قَالَ سَمِعْتُ أَبَا هُرَيْرَةَ يَقُولُ إِنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ الْعَجْمَاءُ جَرْحُهَا جُبَارٌ وَالْبِئْرُ جُبَارٌ وَالْمَعْدِنُ جُبَارٌ وَفِي الرِّكَازِ الْخُمُسُ.

Muhammad ibn Ja'far told us: Shu'bah told us, from Muhammad ibn Ziyad, who said: I heard Abu Hurairah say: The Messenger of God, peace and blessings be upon him, said: "An animal's injury carries no liability, a well carries no liability, a mine carries no liability, and on buried treasure there is a fifth."
