حَدَّثَنَا يَحْيَى عَنِ ابْنِ عَجْلَانَ قَالَ حَدَّثَنِي سَعِيدٌ عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ قَالَ وَسَمِعْتُ أَبِي يُحَدِّثُ عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ عَنْ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ أَبِي قُلْتُ لِيَحْيَى كِلَاهُمَا عَنْ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ نَعَمْ قَالَ شُعْبَتَانِ مِنْ أَمْرِ الْجَاهِلِيَّةِ لَا يَتْرُكُهُمَا النَّاسُ أَبَدًا النِّيَاحَةُ وَالطَّعْنُ فِي النَّسَبِ.
الترجمة الإنجليزية
Yahya narrated to us, from Ibn Ajlan, who said: Sa'id narrated to me, from Abu Hurairah; and: I heard my father narrating from Abu Hurairah, from the Prophet (peace be upon him). My father said: I asked Yahya: "Both from the Prophet (peace be upon him)?" He said: "Yes." He said: "Two matters from the affairs of ignorance that people will never abandon: wailing over the dead and slandering lineage."
